Regional Recruitment Services Ltd (RRS) was formed in May 2008 by Gareth Stanger and Michael Clapton. With over 15 years combined employment with large national recruiters, our directors have the knowledge and working practice of industry best processes and methodologies.
RRS is a specialist supplier of permanent, self-employed, contract and temporary workers. The sectors we cover are: -

As an independent business, we pride ourselves on a totally honest, partnership based approach with our clients, candidates and suppliers ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded, therefore building long-term business relationships.
In addition, we commit to providing a training and development programme for our internal workforce that allows us to continuously improve as a business.
RRS is an active member of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) who are the governing body for the recruitment industry.
RRS Recruitment Process:
RRS uses a variety of methods to attract workers for outstanding vacancies, these include: -
- Shop front window advertising, word of mouth, local media, national advertising web-boards, local retailers, job centres, executive CV searching and our own internal database of candidates.
We often receive hundreds of applicants for the positions we have advertised for, and a key part of our recruitment process is the initial screening and telephone interview. Before we invite applicants for interview, we aim to establish suitability, experience and availability over the telephone.
Prior to the interview, a qualified Recruitment Consultant is responsible for the identification checks as required by the Home Office. In order for candidates to be considered for work opportunities with RRS, the correct identification is an essential requirement (for further information on our identification checks policy, please contact us)
In order to provide our clients the best possible candidate match for their outstanding vacancies, RRS uses client bespoke benchmarking, testing and questionnaires in addition to standard information gathering prior to the interview. Providing applicants are successful at this stage, a full one to one interview with a qualified Recruitment Consultant then proceeds.
We have the ability to provide clients with candidate references that total up to ten years, however our standard policy is that all available workers have two references - one of which that is within 2 years and one which is professional.
